Where we ship

We ship to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. PO boxes are fine.

Alaska and Hawaii are welcome too. The USPS shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

We don't ship to US territories or APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free to the lower 48 states and DC, with no minimum.

For Alaska and Hawaii, you pay the actual USPS rate, shown at checkout.

Every candle is $32. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout, based on your shipping address.

When your order ships

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days from Lakeland, Florida.

If you order more than one candle, they ship together in one box.

Delivery and tracking

We ship with USPS Ground Advantage, which usually takes 2 to 5 business days after it ships. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

When your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

Lost packages

If tracking says your package was delivered but you can't find it, email blindguycandles@gmail.com with your order number. We'll help you file a claim with USPS.

Damaged in shipping

If your candle arrives broken, email a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement.

Wrong item sent

If we sent the wrong candle, you choose a full refund or a replacement, at no cost to you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an address mistake, we'll reship it once after you pay the shipping cost.
