Scent notes

  • Top: bright, sweet honeysuckle, like nectar straight from the flower.
  • Heart: lush ylang ylang blooms in, rich, creamy and a little tropical.
  • Dry-down: warm, honeyed florals that stay sweet and round all the way down.

The blend: an even 50/50 split. The honeysuckle keeps it bright and light. The ylang ylang gives it a rich, creamy body. One brings the sunshine, the other brings the warmth.

Lit: the honeysuckle bursts out first. It fills the room with a sunny, sweet, happy glow.

As warm oil: it gets creamier and fuller. The ylang ylang comes forward and wraps skin in a soft, warm floral.

How to use

Burn for 15 to 30 minutes, until a pool of melted oil forms. Blow out the flame, wait a moment, then test the oil on your wrist. Pour it into your hands and massage it into skin.

Safety

Candle safety: Burn within sight. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets and anything that can catch fire. Burn on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. Don't move the candle while it's lit or the oil is hot. Stop using it when about 1/2 inch of wax is left.

Skin safety: Always blow out the flame before pouring. Test the oil on your wrist first; if it feels too hot, wait a minute. External use only. Avoid eyes, face and broken skin. Test on a small area first. Fragrance may cause skin sensitivity. Contains shea butter, which comes from the shea nut; if you have a nut allergy, check with your doctor before using. Stop using it if irritation happens.
